For almost a decade I worked within the insurance repair sector, and the most common issue I found with the way the industry works was that most insurance clients have no idea how it all works.

From not understanding what they were covered for, to not even understanding how the steps of an insurance claim work, we realised that most people just need a independent party, without agenda to help guide people through, one of, the most difficult experiences they can be subject to.

Your house, for most people, is the most expensive assets you will ever own, and insurance is a key protection for that asset.

While the process can seem straight forward, most insured owners will face a convoluted process, full of red tape and insurance jargon that can be hard to navigate.
